CR20A Paletising System
- Dobot CR20A: This robot has a maximum payload / lifting capacity of 20kg and a working radius of 1700mm
- Lifting Axis: can lift to a height of 900mm. Maximum paletising height can reach 2100mm
- Fixed Column: option designed for a fixed height of 1150mm. Can reach a maximum paletising height of 1740mm
- Pallet Detection and Positioning Device: Identifies existence of pallets and verifies its correct position
- Standard Palletising Base: Equipped with electrical control and communication systems to ensure seamless integration
- End Effector: Vacuum suction to ensure safe pick up of items

The system is engineered for large-scale logistics, capable of handling payloads up to 20kg (when using the CR20A) and stacking to a maximum height of 2100mm. This ensures stable, multilayer stacking patterns for even the largest pallet requirements.
