The Motion Design Vial Capping Machine is an automated vial preparation system designed for milk testing laboratories. It dispenses liquid preservative (bronopol) into clean vials and applies snap on caps or lids, ensuring samples are consistently prepared and ready for field collection.
Custom Applications
While this system has been purpose-built for milk testing workflows, the underlying automation platform can be adapted for other applications requiring liquid dispensing and/or vial capping.

System Overview
The system processes five vials at a time, automatically dispensing preservative before applying caps in a controlled and repeatable sequence.
Vials are loaded via tray stacks, with capacity for up to seven trays per cycle. Unlike standalone vial capping machines, the Motion Design system automates the full preparation workflow - including destacking, preservative dosing, capping, and restacking - ensuring a consistent and efficient process from start to finish.
